Common questions

I paid but my subscription is not active

First, fully close the app and open it again — access is applied on the next launch. If it is still missing after a few minutes, write to us with the date and time of the payment and the plan you bought, and we will restore it.

I was charged twice

Write to us with both payment times. We will check our records and arrange a refund of the duplicate.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Telegram Stars, so refunds usually have to go through Telegram. Write to us first — if the charge was our fault we will sort it out directly.

I do not know my exact birth time or place

That is fine. Date of birth alone is enough for most readings. Time and place add precision to some parts of the chart, and you can add them later in your profile.

How do I change the birth data I entered?

Open the account section of the app and edit your profile. Readings are recalculated the next time you open them.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or message us from within the app. We erase your data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Can I remove someone whose birth data I entered?

Yes. Delete them from your list of people in the app, or write to us and we will remove the record.

Are the readings real?

Our apps are built carefully and calculate real astrological positions, but the content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not advice, and it should not be used to make decisions about health, money or relationships.
